Spiral of Justice & Healing is an initiative that brings together lessons and recommendations emerging from more than three years of close accompaniment to feminist leaders from Abya Yala and the Global South.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This platform gathers collective knowledge that places care and sustainability at the center, understanding healing and justice as a political strategy to reimagine power and transform structures of oppression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond a reformist agenda, Spiral of Justice & Healing embraces systemic transformation as a political pathway to weave new futures and positions feminist leadership transitions rooted in the Global South\u2014not only as a historical debt, but as a commitment to justice and collective healing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

There are transitions within transitions\u2014tides opening inside other tides. Not every transition leads us toward justice. Not every change frees us. Some transformations unsettle, disorient, or echo the very violences they claim to leave behind. So we are asked to choose: where we place our energy, which processes we support, which worlds we help co-create, is to take responsibility for shaping the course of our shared tides. It is to recognize that every gesture, every act of care, every boundary, and every dream are also currents. Transitioning is inevitable. But the meaning we give to movement is a contribution to the present, the future, and the past we inhabit.<\/mark><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Spiral of Justice & Healing<\/em> report documents the learnings from more than three years of accompaniment of Latin American feminist leaders. It includes an analysis of the contexts in which leadership transitions unfold, insights from decolonial accompaniment processes, and recommendations to support transitions that advance justice, collective care, and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
